At the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce & Visitor’s Bureau, I serve as the Communications Manager. As part of a small but mighty team of three, I oversee office administration and lead the promotion of community events throughout Hermosa Beach. Our team produces some of the city’s largest and most iconic events, including Fiesta Hermosa. I’m also an advocate for local businesses, working closely with them to highlight their services and strengthen our city’s business community. In addition, I create and distribute weekly and biweekly community email newsletters and manage event signage and promotion across various platforms.

I also manage content and campaign creation for Truly Hermosa, the official visitor’s bureau brand of Hermosa Beach. I’m responsible for website maintenance for both the Chamber of Commerce and Truly Hermosa. Since taking over the Truly Hermosa account in June 2024, I’ve developed social media campaigns to promote Hermosa Beach and its local businesses, growing the account through strategic collaborations with local businesses, influencers, and original content creation. I also took the lead in designing the Truly Hermosa magazine, collaborating with another designer to bring the publication to life and showcase the best of Hermosa Beach.
